How long is the processing time?

 *Please note that processing time only includes the time to make the nails. Not how long it'll take for your nails to be delivered.

All of our nails are made to order and solely handcrafted.. my goal is to create them as soon as possible.

Please be aware that if you need nails within the same week or the following, they are NOT going to get there in time.

Our current Turnaround time is 5-6 weeks due to HIGH order volume. (as fast as I can without sacrificing quality!). Large orders may take longer!

Please note, THESE TIME FRAMES ARE JUST AN ESTIMATE. We do not guarantee that your order will be shipped within this time frame. They may be shipped sooner but can certainly take longer. We are not liable for delays in shipping. Once we've shipped your set it's out-of-our hands

By placing an order you are confirming your understanding.

All ready to ship sets and sizing kit are processed in 5 business days after ordering. If you haven't received it within a week or two please contact us. We get so many orders that sometimes it can get overlooked.

We ask that you allow the full processing time prior to sending emails for completion date.

Unfortunately due to such high order volume I’m unable to give individual updates, but please know that all orders are hugely important to me.

 What will come with my nails?

Nails come in a storage box along with a cuticle pusher, file, glue, alcohol prep pads, double-sided nail cap FREE.

How many nails come in each set?

All sets come with 10 nails in the size you select. 

Can I exchange my set for a different one?

Due sets are made to order, all sales will be made final.  

Do you offer wholesale? 

Yes! Wholesale is available. A minimum order of 10 sets is required for wholesale pricing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. 

I selected the wrong size, can I get a refund?

Refunds will not be given for client selecting wrong size, It is the client's responsibility to order correct size, Flawlessshop is not responsible for selection chosen.

Lost or stolen package.

Once nails have been mailed, We are not responsible for issues (loss/theft) with shipping, please speak with your local USPS office for shipping issues or concerns. Refunds will not be given due to shipping issues. 


Returns and exchanges.

We do not except returns or exchanges unless the nails you receive are damaged during delivery then you can email me at flawlessshop1994@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged nails and we can talk about sending replacement nails
