Processing time
All Made to Order nails are hand made to order by myself, and due to such high demand there is a waiting list for these luxury items. My goal is to create them as soon as possible.
Our current Turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. As fast as I can without sacrificing quality. However, creation period can be longer due to amount of nails purchased per order. THESE TIME FRAMES ARE JUST AN ESTIMATED TIMESCALE. We do not guarantee that your order will be shipped within this time frame. They may be shipped sooner but can certainly take longer.
All Ready to Ship sets and Sizing Kit are processed in 5 business days after ordering.
Please note that creation time doesn't include shipping time, I pride myself on creating and delivering the highest quality nails and won't rush yours, or anyone else's art.

Shipping
We ship all orders with USPS and ship from El Dorado, KS. Orders will be shipped to the address on file. For security reasons I do not change addresses once a sale has been verified and approved via bank card services. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure an accurate, current, and safe delivery address.
All First Class packages are tracked, however ONLY PRIORITY PACKAGES ARE INSURED up to $100. Very rarely does USPS lose or damage packages, but it is recommended that you purchase Priority shipping to insure your items, with the additional perk of expedited shipping. Once packages are dropped at Post Office, they are tracked but out of my hands...for this reason I cannot be responsible for lost, misdelivered or stolen parcels.
When your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
How fast you receive your order once we have shipped it out depends on the shipping fee you pay at checkout.
•First Class: 3-5 Business Days.
•Priority 1-3 Business Days.
•Priority Express: 1 Business Day.
These are the estimated timescales for delivery once dispatched and do not include processing time.
Please triple check shipping information before checking out. If there’s an apartment, suite or unit number make sure you enter it to avoid a Return To Sender issue. Returned orders will not be refunded as every item is custom and unable to be resold.
I can only hold packages for 30 days awaiting reship payment, after that, your order will be closed.
Flawlessshop1994 assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders. Once nails are shipped, you'll need to keep track of where your package is left.
If your order was marked as “delivered” by USPS and it’s missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with USPS at: http://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or delays caused by customs, and by placing an order you are accepting these terms.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or if the item is damaged in transit, email me at info@theflawlessshop1994.com. with photo evidence of the damaged nails and we can evaluate the issue and talk about sending replacement nails. Damage parcels will incur a Re-Shipping charge.
I have to be informed of damaged items within 24 hours after that, your order will be closed.
